Summary: Bees produce a waxy resin called propolis, long known for its natural healing properties. Scientists have now discovered that shrinking raw propolis into microscopic "nanoparticles" makes it even more effective. These tiny particles act like smart delivery capsules, holding onto powerful antioxidants called flavonoids. In laboratory tests, these nanoparticles showed a remarkable ability to be selective: they killed dangerous metastatic skin cancer cells at low doses, yet they actually helped healthy skin cells grow and thrive.
