A rare coincidence of presentation of TIA like illness immediately followed by acute myocardial infarction and cardiac arrest: a case report.

Summary: Imagine thinking you are having a stroke, but it turns out to be a massive heart attack! A 64-year-old man went to the emergency room because his left arm and leg suddenly felt weak. Doctors quickly checked his brain, but everything looked completely normal. Suddenly, his heart stopped beating. The doctors performed CPR and saved his life. When they looked closely at his heart, they found that several major blood vessels were completely blocked. This rare case shows that sometimes a heart attack can look exactly like a stroke at first, so doctors always need to be on the lookout!
