Accuracy of Nutrition-Related Awareness Messages on Twitter (Rebranded as X) by the Nutrition Awareness Providers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: Validity Content Analysis.

Summary: Many people use Twitter (now called X) to learn about health and food. But is the information true? Researchers looked at over 500 tweets about nutrition from top health groups in Saudi Arabia. The good news is that most of the tweets (84%) were correct! However, very few of them shared the proof or science behind their facts. Government health pages had the most accurate and popular tweets. So, it is safe to trust these big health groups, but it would be better if they showed their proof.
