Artificial intelligence-driven eye tracker models for Alzheimer's disease diagnosis: A systematic review and meta-analysis.

Summary: Doctors need good ways to find out if someone has Alzheimer's disease early on. Lately, they have been testing a new idea: using computers and artificial intelligence (AI) to watch how a person's eyes move. To see if this works, researchers looked at many past studies. They found that these AI eye-tracking tools are pretty good at telling the difference between healthy people and those with Alzheimer's. The tools were right about 75% of the time. However, we still need more tests in real-world clinics before doctors can use this on everyone.
