Bioinformatics Analysis and Screening of Potential Target Genes Related to the Lung Cancer Prognosis.

Summary: Scientists are looking for new ways to fight lung cancer by studying our DNA. They used large computer databases to compare healthy lung tissue with lung cancer tissue. Out of thousands of genes, they found 7 specific "bad actor" genes that are much more active in lung cancer patients. When these 7 genes are highly active, the cancer tends to be more advanced and spreads faster, making it harder to survive. By finding these specific genes, doctors hope to create new, targeted treatments to help lung cancer patients live longer.
