Body Cosmos 2.0: embodied biofeedback interface for dancing.
Summary: Imagine being able to see your heartbeat and brainwaves while you dance! A new system called "Body Cosmos 2.0" lets dancers do exactly that. By wearing special sensors that track their heart rate, brain activity, and movements, dancers can see a digital reflection of their "inside" body. They can explore this digital self in Virtual Reality (VR) or dance alongside it on a screen. When 24 expert dancers tried it out, they found that seeing their own biology in real-time helped them feel more connected to their bodies, sparked new creative ideas, and made their dancing even more expressive. It is a beautiful mix of science and art!
