Camp TALKS offers connection to children who stutter
Summary: Camp TALKS is a special summer camp at Vanderbilt University for kids and teens who stutter. Instead of trying to "fix" their speech, the camp teaches that stuttering is just another normal way of talking. The goal is to help kids aged 8 to 16 build confidence and find joy in connecting with others. Meeting other kids who stutter can be life-changing, showing them that they are not alone. The weeklong camp is all about acceptance, making friends, and having a great time!
