<![CDATA[Teclistamab Monotherapy Improves PFS and OS in Relapsed/Refractory Myeloma]]>
Summary: A new drug called teclistamab is showing amazing results for patients fighting a tough blood cancer called multiple myeloma. In a recent large study, teclistamab lowered the risk of the cancer growing or causing death by a massive 71% compared to standard treatments. Even better, nearly 66% of patients saw their cancer completely disappear—that is almost four times higher than the older treatments! While the drug can cause infections, these usually drop off after the first six months. This is a huge, life-changing win for patients who have run out of other options.
