Changes in Eating Behaviour During Treatment With Obesity Medications.

Summary: Obesity medications help people lose weight by changing how they feel about food. This study talked to 31 people taking these medicines to see how their eating habits changed over time. At first, when they were losing weight fast, they felt much less hungry, got full quickly, and stopped thinking about food all the time. Over time, as their weight stabilized, some of these strong effects wore off, and a few people even thought about switching medicines. However, eating smaller portions was one good habit that stuck around for everyone, no matter how long they had been on the medication.
