Clinical and lipid metabolic responses to diacylglycerol oil administration in Chinese adults with overweight/obesity or central obesity: a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial.

Summary: Cooking with the right kind of oil might help you lose stubborn belly fat! Scientists wanted to see what happens when overweight adults swap their regular cooking oil (called TAG) for a special type of oil called DAG. They tracked 95 adults to see if this simple kitchen swap could lower blood fat levels and shrink belly fat. The results suggest that using DAG oil instead of regular oil could be a promising and easy way to help manage weight and improve heart health!
