Conflict deepens health crisis across Middle East, WHO says

Summary: The World Health Organization (WHO) says the fighting in the Middle East is causing a huge health emergency. In places like Iran, Lebanon, and Israel, thousands of people have been killed or hurt. Because of the danger, hundreds of thousands of families have had to leave their homes. They are now living in crowded shelters without enough clean water, which spreads sicknesses like diarrhea and breathing problems.

To make things worse, smoke from burning oil is making the air toxic. Hospitals and clinics are being attacked or forced to close, and they are running out of medicine and fuel. Safe paths to fly in new medical supplies are blocked. The WHO says 115 million people in the region need help, but the health programs do not have enough money or safe ways to reach them.
