Development and validation of immunotherapy nomogram for predicting the efficacy and prognosis of recurrent and metastatic cervical cancer.

Summary: Cervical cancer that has spread or come back is very hard to treat. While immunotherapy can be a great option, doctors struggle to know which patients will benefit the most. In this study, researchers created a special scoring tool—called a nomogram—using patient details like blood test results, tumor size, and body weight. They tested this tool on over 500 patients and found it was highly accurate at predicting how well the treatment would work and how long patients would survive. This new tool helps doctors personalize care and make better treatment choices for women with advanced cervical cancer.
