DJI and Insta360 go to war in the U.S. over its action gimbal cameras
Summary: Camera makers DJI and Insta360 are fighting in court. DJI sued Insta360, claiming the new Luna Ultra camera copies their Osmo Pocket design. Insta360 fired back with its own lawsuit against DJI. This battle is heating up because the U.S. government banned DJI from selling its products in America. With DJI out of the way, Insta360 is taking over the U.S. market, and DJI hopes these lawsuits will help them fight back.
