Emotions and experiences of head and neck cancer survivors returning to work: A meta-synthesis of qualitative studies.
Summary: People who survive head and neck cancer often have a hard time going back to work. This study looked at many past reports to understand their feelings and struggles. It found that these survivors face big challenges, like dealing with pain, tiredness, and sadness. To help them return to their jobs, we need to give them better medical care for their symptoms, emotional support, and help from friends, family, and bosses. With the right help, they can get back to their normal lives and jobs much easier.
