Summary: Keeping healthcare workers is a big problem all over the world. This study looked at home care workers in Canada to see why they might want to quit their jobs. They asked different types of nurses and support workers about their stress, how happy they are at work, and if their bosses support them. By understanding what makes them want to leave, we can find better ways to keep them happy and caring for people at home.
