Exercise Interventions Involving Minimal Equipment for Community-Dwelling Adults With Dementia: A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis.

Summary: Exercise is great for people with dementia, but going to a fancy gym or using complicated machines isn't always easy. Can simple exercises at home with little to no equipment still help? Researchers looked at 26 studies with over 1,800 people to find out. The good news is yes! Doing simple exercises at home showed promising results. It helped improve memory, physical strength, daily living skills, and overall quality of life. While we still need more high-quality studies to be absolutely sure, this is a great sign that you don't need expensive gear to stay active and healthy.
