Exploring the mental health education policies of Chinese college students: based on policy text analysis and PMC-Index model.
Summary: College can be a stressful time, so having strong mental health support is super important. Researchers in China looked at 15 national rules made between 2001 and 2024 to see how well they protect students' mental health. They used smart computer tools to grade these rules. The good news? Most of the rules (11 out of 15) scored very well! However, there is still room to grow. The experts suggest that schools, families, and communities need to work together more closely. They also need to make sure every school has enough money and tools to help students stay happy and healthy.
