Summary: Imagine a ship's electrical system as a busy highway. Sometimes, the switches that control the power turn on too harshly, causing energy loss and noisy electrical interference (like loud traffic). This study introduces a smarter "traffic light" system for these switches. By adjusting exactly when the switches turn on based on the power level, it makes the transitions much smoother. This new method saves energy, reduces the "noise" (interference), and makes the whole power system run better. Tests on a small model proved it works perfectly!
