MOCT: A Multi-Class Oblique Tree Algorithm for Synergistic Drug Combination Prediction.
Summary: Finding the right mix of medicines to fight diseases can be very hard. Sometimes, scientists use computers to guess which drugs will work best together. But computers can get confused if they have too much of one kind of data and not enough of another. Also, doctors need to understand exactly why the computer makes a choice. To fix this, scientists made a new computer tool called MOCT. It acts like a smart sorting tree that organizes data step by step. When tested on cells in a lab, this new tool was better at finding good drug combinations and much easier for humans to understand!
