- Echinacea: A plant used in tea that might help with colds, though experts aren't completely sure.
- Edema: Swelling from too much fluid, which can be caused by eating too much salt, pregnancy, or heart issues.
- EGCG & Epicatechin: Healthy antioxidant compounds found in green tea and cocoa.
- Ellagic acid: Found in berries and walnuts, this might help lower cholesterol and fight bacteria.
- EPA: A healthy omega-3 fat found in fish like salmon that helps your heart.
- Episodic memory: Your ability to remember past events in your life.
- Ergosterol: Found in mushrooms, this can turn into vitamin D!
- Eugenol: The active part of clove oil, used for flavors and to help with tooth pain.
