Oshawa man arrested after allegedly trying to conceal hit and run: police
Summary: A 29-year-old man from Oshawa was arrested for a terrible hit-and-run crash in Markham. On February 19, a pedestrian was hit by a car and carried on the hood for 50 meters. She was rushed to a trauma center and is still in serious condition. Police say the driver drove away and tried to hide the damage to his car. When police finally caught him a month later, they also found illegal drugs. He is now facing many serious charges.
