Pest detection in dynamic environments: an adaptive continual test-time domain adaptation strategy.
Summary: Bugs eat crops and cause huge food losses. Finding them early helps save the farm. But computer programs that spot bugs often fail when the weather, lighting, or background changes. Scientists made a new smart tool called CDPD to fix this. It learns and adjusts on the fly while looking at new pictures. It mixes different ways of looking at images and uses a special gate to combine information. This new tool is much better at finding bugs in new, unseen places, hitting a high score of 73.8% accuracy!
