Russia trying new kind of Shahed warfare with huge daytime drone waves
Summary: Russia is changing its attack strategy in Ukraine. Instead of only attacking at night, Russia is now sending massive waves of Shahed drones during the day. In a recent two-day attack, they launched over 1,500 drones and 56 missiles. The goal is to exhaust civilians, disrupt daily life, and overwhelm Ukraine's air defenses. While Russia is building more drones at a faster pace, Ukraine is successfully shooting most of them down using cheaper defense methods.
