Self-Efficacy, Fear of Missing out, Social Media Use, and Bedtime Procrastination in Chinese College Students.
Summary: Do you ever stay up way too late looking at your phone? You are not alone! A new study looked at 468 college students to see why they put off going to sleep. They found that students who believe in themselves and have good self-control go to bed on time. But, students who worry they are missing out on fun with their friends use social media more and stay up much later. This was especially true for girls. To get better sleep, it might help to build confidence and put the phone away at night!
