Solo Ball injury: UConn star has foot sprain, in walking boot ahead of national championship

Summary: UConn basketball star Solo Ball hurt his left foot during the Final Four game against Illinois. Even though he sprained his foot, he kept playing because of adrenaline and scored 13 points. Now, he is wearing a walking boot to rest it.

Coach Dan Hurley isn't sure if Ball will be able to play in the big national championship game against Michigan. Ball has already played through a bad wrist injury this year. He says he is doing everything he can to get ready. If he can't play, freshman Braylon Mullins will need to step up and help the team win.
