Summary: Cities want to use nature, like trees, to make their towns greener and healthier. But do the big city plans actually change what tree planters do every day? Researchers talked to 20 city tree experts in the US and Canada. They found that these workers mostly just try to plant "more and bigger trees." They care more about helping their communities than following exact city rules. Usually, this works out fine, but sometimes it doesn't match the city's big plans.
