Two Puget Sound changemakers triumph in competition to end cardiovascular disease
Summary: Dr. Uma Krishnan and high school sophomore Alexis Teh are making a huge difference in their community! They were just named the 2026 Puget Sound Woman and Teen of Impact by the American Heart Association. Together with other nominees, they helped raise over $320,000 to fight heart disease.
