US Adults Interested in, but Lack Knowledge About, Brain Health

Summary: Most adults in the U.S. really care about their brain health. In fact, 99% think it is just as important, or even more important, than their physical health. But there is a big problem: only 9% actually know how to keep their brain healthy! Changes in the brain that lead to Alzheimer's disease can start 20 years before any memory problems show up. Even though people know habits like sleeping well, eating right, and exercising are important, very few actually do them every day. Doctors say this is a great chance to help people learn how to protect their brains.
