'When I Migrated, I Faced Challenges but Gained Much More…' Challenges and Support Needs of Internationally Educated Nurses-A Qualitative Study.

Summary: Many nurses are moving from Turkey to other countries for work because the world needs more nurses. This study talked to 16 of these nurses to see how they are doing in places like the US, Germany, and England. The nurses said moving was hard at first. They had to learn new languages, understand new cultures, and get used to different ways of working. But, they also said they learned a lot and grew as people and workers. To help them do well, hospitals need to give them better training, help with the language, and support their mental health.
